Responsibilities
Design responsive and accessible modern web applications under the guidance of project managers, business users, and technical architects.
Work with other designers to create prototypes, develop style sheets, and provide components for application developers.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or related UX mockup and prototyping software.
Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines in interface design.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, MUI, and JavaScript.
Perform UX Governance process and conduct heuristic evaluations and expert reviews.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and creativity to address user needs and pain points.

Required
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
Skilled in the use of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or related UX mockup and prototyping software

Experience in designing accessible interfaces
