Responsibilities

Sr. Data Analyst to assist with OS upgrades for the client.

Key role in timely and successful completion of In-place upgrades and VDS upgrades to Windows 11.

Upgrade 77K Windows devices to Windows 11 ensuring data accuracy by user, machine, software, and UDTs.

Prepare refresh into Waves and sprints by LoB and site, scheduling comms by each Wave.

Monitor completion by LoB, BUD, and Sector Globally.

Ensure Engineers deliver white glove service in key strategic locations.

Engage with LoB, resolve issues, manage data, and perform constant data analysis for Windows 11 delivery.

Handle Executives migration with due diligence and extra attention to detail.

Required

Heavy Excel, Macros, formulas, pivots skillset and experience is required.

Previous experience of OS upgrades is integral and a huge leverage for Win10 to Win11 upgrades.

10+ years of data analytics and business experience.

5+ years of OS upgrades and migrations experience.

5+ years of experience planning and running small development efforts as a technical lead using a sprint/agile style.

Ability to define requirements and break down complex projects into ordered lists of detailed technical tasks, track the tasks, report on progress, and escalate blocked and dependent tasks.

5+ years of experience using searches and analysing data to produce reports and dashboards supporting projects, system management, and migration and upgrade rollout activities.

5+ years contribution to developing and monitoring the organization's technology architecture and future technology vision.

Develops reports in conjunction with the Fellow Architect which demonstrate business opportunities and road map strategies that add business value.

Participated in or leads initiatives to analyze infrastructure problems to be solved methodically.

Utilizes standard procedures and policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining optimal results.

Monitoring project plans and timelines.

Acts as a leader for Issues and incident resolution.

Manages the processes for ensuring that all systems/applications/software/hardware are compliant with corporate policy/procedures.

Monitors project plans and budgets.

Drafts proposals on infrastructure architecture and supports the creation of executive summaries.

Drives strategy to increase automation across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.

8-10 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
