Responsibilities

Provide support and produce detailed system requirements and technical/functional specifications in alignment with standards and frameworks.

Work in close partnership with business partners/technology/project teams and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage detailed functional specifications.

Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solutions options/recommendations working closely with key technology partners.

Ability to write and execute test plans in DEV and PAT and carry out all necessary tasks required to implement any system change.

Ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation materials to support the decision making of executives.

Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency of the business unit and/or team.

Manage BAU change to system, onboarding new products, managing official curve changes, provide thought leadership and project oversight for data governance and quality roadmap and implementation activities, scope, size, and manage data quality implementation efforts.

Independently investigate and resolve client support issues, resolve any complex issues that cannot be resolved by first-line support, supporting various legacy system retirements, miscellaneous, training new/existing clients and implementation teams on software.

Prioritize and manage own workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines.

Required

10 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Extensive experience in Business Analysis and Business Analysis and Planning

Produce detailed system requirements and technical/functional specifications

Work closely with business partners/technology/project teams/stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage detailed functional specifications

Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solutions options/recommendations
