Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud resources, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

Implement and monitor security best practices, compliance standards, and disaster recovery strategies for cloud services.

Design, deploy, and support cloud technologies including Azure, RingCentral, Jira, Confluence, M365, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and Intune.

Develop cloud architecture and designs to meet the organization's business needs, considering scalability, security, and performance.

Collaborate with various teams to integrate cloud services with other on-premises and cloud systems for seamless operations.

Monitor cloud resources, analyze performance, and implement optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Create and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for deployment and management processes.

Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, provide 24/7 support when necessary, and create comprehensive documentation.

Assist in training and mentoring junior team members and cross-functional teams on cloud-related technologies.

Provide Level 3 technical support to end-users, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure high member satisfaction.

Use ITSM software (Jira) to collect performance statistics and resolve incidents in systems and services.

Maintain and administer banking application environments, including Symitar Episys, iPay Bill Pay, Vertifi DeposZip, and more.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, offer business process recommendations, and participate in project implementations.

Provide input for the annual budget, act as a backup to IT staff, and improve technical expertise through training.

Actively engage in learning opportunities to improve knowledge of the Credit Union Industry and current products.
