Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring quality deliverables and achieving project goals with Smartsheet.
Facilitate meetings, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and communication plans.
Contribute to the development of internal processes and best practices.
Potential to gain experience managing small client-facing projects as you grow with the company.

Required
1-3 years of project management experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
Experience with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet)
