Responsibilities

Provide support and produce detailed system requirements and technical/functional specifications in alignment with standards and frameworks

Work closely with business partners, technology, project teams, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage detailed functional specifications

Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solutions options/recommendations working closely with key technology partners

Write and execute test plans in DEV and PAT and carry out all necessary tasks required to implement any system change

Generate ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation materials to support executive decision-making

Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency of the business unit and/or team

Manage BAU change to the system

Onboard new products

Manage official curve changes

Provide thought leadership and project oversight for data governance and quality roadmap and implementation activities

Scope, size, and manage data quality implementation efforts

Independently investigate and resolve client support issues

Resolve complex issues that cannot be resolved by first-line support

Support various legacy system retirements

Train new/existing clients and implementation teams on software

Prioritize and manage own workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines
