Responsibilities
Gathers detailed requirements from business users for whole business processes and/or functions on approved projects and enhancements to existing projects using organization specific business analysis techniques.
Performs design and development for whole business processes and/or functions on approved projects and on enhancements to existing projects.
Performs program configuration/modification and set-up activities using organization specific methodologies.
Identifies impacts to business resulting from newly configured or improved business functionality.
Implements integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business client.
Prepares System Requirement Documents, functional specifications, and test and user documentation.
Updates the Project Manager or Lead Functional Configurators on day-to-day activities and statuses.

Required
3+ years hands-on configuration experience across Sales including Accounts, Contacts, Lead and Opportunity Management
3+ years using Standard declarative tools such as Flows, approval processes, Process Builders etc
Understands all aspects of Salesforce sandbox management, refreshes, seeding etc
Working knowledge of Service and/or Marketing clouds
Exposure and understanding of Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce and Salesforce.com APIs
Working experience in Agile SCRUM/Kanban/SAFe methodology with continuous release process (CI/CD) is a plus
BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field
Certification is required in some areas
