Responsibilities

Develop, improve, and maintain network and software security standards, processes, and protocols.

Manage work and workflows with security vendors.

Automate security controls.

Create standards for and maintain a secure CI/CD process.

Maintain records and tracking systems related to security, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring security issues to management.

Track, document, and report security levels and KPIs.

Identify and test new technologies.

Identify training needs and ensure compliance.

Own the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.

Maintain and update environments for reliability, security, and efficiency.

Work with different product QA and Engineering teams to ensure test frameworks are run consistently and timely.

Build tools and systems to improve the operational efficiency of the entire engineering team.

Debug and resolve build, test, and deployment issues in staging and production environments.

Pursue continuous learning on new solutions, technology, and skills.
