Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain databases and data systems using SQL Server and Azure Data Factory.

Utilize SQL development skills to write complex queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.

Implement and maintain ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and ssis to integrate and transform data from various sources.

Develop and update interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring they meet the needs of end-users.

Integrate various data sources through API connections to streamline data collection and analysis.

Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, make forecasts, and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions. This includes interacting with team members across departments to ensure data needs are accurately captured and addressed.

Manage data accuracy, completeness, and quality to ensure integrity across all analytics platforms.

Utilize Excel for data manipulation and complex calculations when necessary.

Continuously improve data analytics strategies and practices to enhance business performance.

Required

5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, SQL Developer, or in a similar role.

Advanced proficiency with SQL Server, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory. ETL design

3+ years expertise in creating and managing dashboards and reports with Power BI.

Experience with API integrations and managing data workflows.

Advanced skills in Excel include pivot tables, functions, and data analysis tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proven ability to forecast trends and provide insights that contribute to strategic planning.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to a non-technical audience and to interact effectively with team members to gather and refine requirements.
