Responsibilities
Work closely with the team engineering manager and product owner to analyze new requirements and assess testing feasibility before changes enter the pipeline
Build and maintain a suite of high-quality automated and manual tests, ensuring visibility to product stakeholders
Perform periodic test coverage audits and introduce automation tasks in the development lifecycle
Manage testing for each software release, ensuring proper testing before signing off
Provide mentorship for other QA team members and train developers in QA/testing activities
Collaborate with management and the company QA chapter to determine team needs and assist in new hiring

Required
Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with experience in an SDET or QAE role
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
Experience with software testing across multiple domains - frontend, backend, performance & security testing
Creative, independent, self-motivated and quick to learn new technologies
Preferred
Experience in a Senior QA or QA Lead role
Experience with Agile workflow - working with product owners defining, and refining user stories
Experience or interest in BDD methodology
Comfortable programming in Javascript/NodeJS environment
Experience with web automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright)
Knowledge of QA workflow automation tooling, such as GitHub actions, CI/CD systems
Background in digital payment/financial industry and/or interest in cryptocurrency / decentralized finance
