Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure that all products meet the required standards and specifications.

Perform regular inspections and audits, identifying any areas of non-compliance or potential quality issues.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop solutions to identified quality issues.

Compile and analyze quality control data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations, including AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction).

Provide training and support to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

Participate in project planning and review meetings, providing input on quality control considerations.

Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure their products meet our quality standards.

Handle customer complaints and issues related to quality, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
