Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and engineering, with a focus on Java, Spring, JavaScript, React.js/Angular.js, and AWS.
Proven experience with Git and GitHub for version control.
Extensive experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for developing creative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for technology and a commitment to staying current with the latest trends and advancements in the field.
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
