Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and implement medium to large enterprise initiatives, including system selection projects

Communicate effectively with project team and vendors to define and document project requirements

Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, including milestones, and revise as project dictates

Create and maintain well-written and effective project documentation in accordance with RWJBH PMO standards

Conduct and facilitate project meetings with identified resources from both RWJBH and vendor(s)

Required

Five (5) years of relevant experience in project management

Knowledge of Project Management Operations in a Major Healthcare System

Experience in MS Office Suite, Project Management Information System/Project Planning tool

PMP Certification or working towards certification. Active Member of PMI or similar organization

Ability to travel to New Jersey as needed

Preferred

5+ years of project management experience with large scale projects; 3+ years of Information Technology & Services or Healthcare consulting or equivalent experience
