Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain all areas of the 6S process.
Develop and promote 6S initiatives.
Complete, distribute, and monitor the audit process for all departments.
Maintain and monitor the 6S task board process in production.
Participate in Kaizen Events.
Lead and direct 6S teams, groups, and activities, including Gemba Walks.
Ability to design, build, install, and facilitate an entire process from start to finish.
Maintain and inventory the extra tool supplies for all departments.
Maintain and inventory 6S supplies.
Workstation layout and workflow design.
Working with outside supply vendors.
Follow good manufacturing practices to ensure product safety.
Can effectively take input from fellow team members and incorporate it into the process.

Required
This job requires a four-year technical degree or, completion of studies in Lean Manufacturing
