Responsibilities

Expertise in Salesforce flow with orchestration.

Deep understanding of service cloud.

Translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Designing, developing, and implementing custom objects, tabs, fields, page layouts, record types, security profiles & roles, workflow alerts & actions, lightning components, pages, visualforce pages, approval processes, dashboards, data validations, and web services.

Creating and maintaining documentation on application configuration and processes.

Meeting deadlines and handling pressure while coordinating multiple tasks in a work/project environment.

Staying updated on new Salesforce features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements.

Knowledge of Force.com development.
