Responsibilities

The Field Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the internal teams in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and responsive sales support

Understand and be able to articulate the business strategy, annual marketing plan objectives, and rationalize the decisions in conversations with sales professionals and field teams

Aware of commonly used internal/external communication goals, tools and format

Supports regional sales teams with basic product portfolio understanding and resource utilization

Gathers information for documents such as presentations, proposals or product guides to support sales activity

Supports various customer engagement activities

Identify critical customer needs and preferences

Understands market fundamentals including customer groups, including why customers buy the product or service

Understands basic customer purchasing decisions and preferences
