Responsibilities
Manage large and complex industrial and healthcare projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Oversee and manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that they adhere to project schedules and budgets.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project specifications are met.
Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and project reports.
Assist with business development activities, including identifying new project opportunities and participating in presentations to clients.
Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
Ensure that quality standards are met and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing large and complex industrial and healthcare projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
Preferred
Experience in design/build construction preferred.
Experience with project management software, such as Procore or Primavera P6, is preferred.
