Responsibilities
Field telephone calls and provide accurate program and service information.
Greet guests and provide facility tours.
Assist residents with requests and inquiries.
Collect resident fees and write receipts.
Maintain proper stocking levels and front office supplies.
Data entry and reporting.
Perform other duties as required.

Required
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ year related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of program guidelines and requirements.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated strong organizational and data entry skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
