Responsibilities

Perform audit readiness compliance reporting for General Equipment (GE) and Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) audits assigned from various agencies.

Analyze audit requirements, cross-reference multiple source documents, coordinate with owning units, provide guidance and timelines for data submission, and validate data before submission to higher headquarters.

Have comprehensive knowledge of various logistics systems and tools such as Lead Materiel Integrator (LMI) Decision Support Tool (DST), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), etc.

Pull GCSS-Army logistics reports, present data in senior-level G-Staff formats, and provide logistics data, information papers, and logistics operation orders to the Corps G4.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite products, especially Excel, for data analysis and manipulation in multiple formats and outputs.

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports/operation orders and working instructions.
