Responsibilities
Lead projects ensuring consistency and documenting business requirements for clinical domain projects/applications.
Work with architects, developers, and QA teams to oversee project delivery.
Facilitate internal and client stakeholder meetings and presentations to arrive at key decisions/solutions.
Provide and work towards completion of project business requirements and documentation.

Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Responsible for handling key projects with multiple challenging deadlines in a release train
Responsible for analysis and documentation, both technical and functional requirements
Experience consulting with project stakeholder and internal/external partners, including executive leadership
Safe Agile experience, PI planning and knowledgeable in using Rally tool
Experience with evaluating business needs at a high level to allow business priority decisions
Experience with databases as well interpretation and manipulation of related data
Preferred
Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred
Build effective relationships with business partners, IT team & other stakeholders
Ability write and interpret query language
Ability to understand the business requirements, understanding clinical business needs for utilization management and care management
Facilitating internal and client stakeholder meetings and presentations to arrive at key decisions/solutions
Providing and working towards completion of project business requirements and documentation
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
