Responsibilities

Applies standard project management processes and methodologies to ensure timely delivery, high-quality standards, and meeting customer expectations.

Ensures smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams.

Interfaces with internal/external stakeholders regularly.

Develops project schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

Translates project requirements into objectives and tasks.

Coordinates necessary resources for project completion.

Conducts regular status meetings, manages prioritization procedures.

Sets and manages stakeholder expectations, escalates issues and changes.

Builds relationships with key stakeholders and project resources to drive decisions and ensure timely completion.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience

Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite applications

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Excellent organizational, team management, project management, event coordination, and documentation skills

Experience successfully completing complicated tasks with little to no supervision or direction

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree

PM certification

Knowledge of Right-of-Way (ROW), Franchise, Pole and other network related contracts/agreements

Demonstrated ability to complete multiple, complex projects in parallel

Experience with Smartsheet
