Responsibilities
Research and analyze data for detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.
Train client employees and Kiwi staff on various financial tools and systems.
Assist in system implementations like Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify, etc.
Document accounting procedures and processes for analysis and manuals.
Develop metrics dashboard to monitor KPIs.
Support in cash flow forecasting and month-end closing processes.
Evaluate accounting tasks and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with Project Managers on various tasks and analysis.

Required
Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree Preferred, or equivalent level of experience
5 years of experience without an Associate's degree
7 years of experience without a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of this experience
4+ years of relevant professional experience to include:
At least 2 years of progressive accounting and/or consulting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft programs, particularly:
Excel
Word
PowerPoint
PowerBI
Power Pivot
SharePoint
Teams
Planner
Proficiency in Smartsheet
Knowledgeable of principles and practices of accounting systems, internal controls, and implementing control improvements
Experience with one or more of the following:
Working in multiple work environments
Balancing the needs of several clients
Working independently as well as collaboratively
Preferred
Prior experience in a small non-for-profits, startup, or unstructured environment
QBO, Sage Intacct, Bill.com or Expensify Accounting or Implementation certification
1 - 2 years of Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist experience
