Responsibilities
Lead and optimize the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration into the organization. Develop and implement best practices to enhance the onboarding experience and accelerate productivity.
Oversee and manage technical debt across the organization. Identify areas of technical debt, prioritize them based on impact, and work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute remediation plans.
Lead the program management of company-wide operational excellence objectives. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and align with the organization's strategic goals.
Work closely with engineering, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of programs. Facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of programs. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
OR 8 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Preferred
Certification in Project Management.
Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years' experience in product design.
