Responsibilities

Develop a thorough understanding of Lighthouse workflows, critical paths, and tools.

Assist in project management tasks and take ownership of designated workflows.

Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders.

Analyze project requirements to create and maintain project schedules.

Support project start-ups and closures.

Coordinate workflow tasks and review work orders for accuracy.

Draft and manage project communications.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree (Masters or JD a plus)

Good analytical and logical skills.

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs.

Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload.

Understanding of project management skills.

Ability to foster positive and professional relationships at all levels internally and externally.

Preferred

Prior eDiscovery or legal experience a plus

Project management experience or PMP certification a plus
