Responsibilities

Incorporates company values into work and team's work.

Edit NC Program for CNC Machines on the machine controller.

Assemble company molds for onsite trial and for customer request.

Polish company mold parts to company polishing standards.

Mold modification on CNC and manual machines.

Timely response to top executives and any stakeholders' requests and inquiries.

Raw material handling.

Generate documents using Microsoft software and Adobe software.

Follow/execute production department roadmap.

Execute maintenance of CNC machines and equipment.

Housekeeping to maintain the work area hazard-free, clean, neat, and orderly.

Travels less than 10%

Required

High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related mechanical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.; or equivalent combination of education and experience with ASB mold manufacturing.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Ability to work with mathematical fundamentals of plane and solid geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Should have knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

The individual should have knowledge of Hand tools, measuring equipment, Cutting tools and Assembly/Disassembly of mechanical parts.
