Responsibilities

Provides support and assistance to the implementor and Concur project team in scheduling, documentation, budgeting, and communication.

Facilitates documentation collection from Operating Companies and Countries.

Updates the project plan and project presentation artifacts.

Develops and manages project communication.

Helps prepare status reports and presentations.

Assists with budget controls, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance tracking, and calculating earned value metrics.

Required

Minimum five years of Project Coordinator experience.

Solid Smartsheets, PowerApps and Power BI

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.

Ability to balance multiple workstreams and competing priorities.

Strong collaboration within a team setting.

Able to meet strict deadlines and KPIs.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Strong analytical skills and aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making

Effective communication for various stakeholder levels (project team, IT leaders, and business stakeholders).

5+ Years of experience working in a global business environment independently and in teams (including remote and global delivery models).
