Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and secure cloud management software.

Select core technologies and frameworks both for technical specs, and non-technical considerations such as release velocity and hiring.

Architect critical frontend components.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Participate in architectural discussions, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions to contribute to product roadmap and strategy.

Mentor engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure project success.

Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes within the engineering team.

Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and performance of the product.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Required

Experience building complex web products from 0 to 1, architecture and software engineering

Expertise in languages such as React, React Query (and other JavaScript frameworks), and Typescript

Experience with Auth0 or similar technologies

Experience with Nexxt.js

Experience with architecture and design of complex, highly available, fault-tolerant, systems and applications

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment as a mentor, technical leader, and coach

You’re comfortable with a high degree of autonomy, prioritize your work, and understand how it maps to the overall needs and goals of the company

You’re knowledgeable in your domain but also enjoy wearing multiple hats and venturing outside of your comfort zone when the need arises
