Responsibilities

Responsible for upholding and adhering to Credit Union of Georgia brand standards including following all of the steps of our unique member journEASE experience and to Engage, Ask, Solve and Excite and deliver top level member service every time.

Assists in the coordination, creation, designing and execution of the Credit Union's advertising campaigns and collateral materials which promote products, services and events.

Assist in content creation, maintaining and updating the Credit Union’s website, social media platforms, intranet, blog, digital signage in branches and marquee signage.

Assist in coordination, designing and execution of email marketing along with the management of the Credit Union’s MCIF software for additional Marketing Campaigns.

Assists in the creation, coordination, and dissemination of all media campaign materials, press releases, media advisories, and maintaining record book of Credit Union advertisement efforts.

Assist in the creation, coordination, and execution of the Credit Union's charitable contributions initiatives.

Assists in business development with promoting the Credit Union through various events, presentations, sponsorships and donations to various groups.

Assists in pricing, negotiating, and ordering credit union promotional giveaway items and maintaining inventory according to budgetary limits.

Maintains awareness of "happenings" within the industry, and with other banks/CU's within the marketplace, and communicates these to the upper management as needed.
