Responsibilities

Lead and develop Data Scientists in investigating complex issues, defining key metrics, and uncovering key drivers of the business

Partner with leadership across the organization to adopt quantitative analysis and present data to understand what drives the business

Influence Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product strategy with actionable recommendations based on data

Drive measurement strategy across various departments to build a data-driven decision culture

Work closely with Data and MarTech leaders to facilitate tool selection and process definition for the experimentation strategy

Provide insights to help business and product leaders understand marketplace dynamics, user behaviors, and long-term trends

Drive data models reflecting ambiguous business

Required

1+ years of experience managing a team of data scientists, and a track record of delivering impactful analyses

A degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar domain

6+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or related quantitative role

The insight to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way

Excellent communication and cross-functional working skills, including the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences and influence strategic decisions

Experience working with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc.

Expertise of SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) with statistical packages, such as Matlab, R, SAS or Python

Proficiency in one or more analytics & visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
