Responsibilities
Develop innovative and visually stunning graphic designs for a diverse range of projects and mediums, using software such as the Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, and more to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure designs adhere to organizational standards, accurately convey concepts, and align with brand expectations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
Maintain and update internal databases of design assets, including photography and video materials.
Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to generate ideas for various materials, such as web pages, presentations, signage, and marketing assets.
Translate strategic directives into compelling design solutions that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
Utilize both manual and digital design techniques to develop original content, carefully considering color schemes, typography, imagery, and layout.
Oversee the design and uploading process for all project materials, ensuring compliance with best practices for content management systems.

Required
Proficiency in Design Software: Demonstrated expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools such as Figma and Canva.
Understanding of UX/UI Principles: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
Knowledge of Web Design: Understanding of web design principles, including responsive design, to create designs optimized for online platforms.
Strong Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums and demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
Attention to Brand Guidelines: Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all design assets while also bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges creatively and find effective solutions within project constraints.
Project Management Skills: Experience with project management tools and methodologies to efficiently organize workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Market Research: Understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and create designs that resonate with target audiences.
Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices through self-learning, workshops, and industry events.
Preferred
Experience with trade show signage, booths, and related assets is a plus.
