Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives.

Resource Management:

Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.

Facilitate communication between team members, vendors, and external partners.

Risk Management and Problem-Solving:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Address project-related challenges promptly and proactively.

Stakeholder Communication:

Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and any deviations.

Conduct status meetings, presentations, and written reports.

Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.

Change Management:

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.

Conflict Resolution:

Address conflicts within the team or with external partners.

Foster a collaborative environment and find solutions that benefit the project.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.

Prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Communicate quality expectations to the team.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years of experience in Project Management

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
