Responsibilities
Analysis and communication of all aspects of the Beef processing business including, but not limited to, Sales, Procurement and Plant Operation
Development and enhancement of Excel spreadsheets, Business Intelligence reports and systems to enable more efficient and profitable management
Weekly and monthly reporting on sales margins, pricing, new product costing, customer accruals, yields, product utilization, and cattle analysis
Other functions and projects as instructed

Required
College degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or related field
Proficient office skills
Positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work independently
Extensive knowledge using Excel spreadsheets
Preferred
Prior meat (preferably beef) industry experience
Experience with SAP Business Objects
