Responsibilities

Plan and implement test systems for new product introductions

Support, maintain, and improve test systems throughout the factory

Drive quality improvements using root cause analysis

Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities

Advise design engineering on production capabilities and practices

Troubleshoot and maintain electrical I/O communication boards

Coordinate design changes for existing stations

Validate test stations using software and hardware

Provide technical assistance for hardware and software debugging

Review and analyze test data to improve yields

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution

At least 2 years of related engineering experience

Good understanding of analog and digital based circuitry and ability to read schematics

Ability to program in LabView/Teststand, C#, Matlab, C++, Java, etc.

Root cause analysis using various Problem-Solving methodologies

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work and delivering results

Comfortable working on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

Experience working in a metric/goal-driven environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effectively able to present information and respond to feedback at any level within the global organization.
