Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules
Prepare baseline scheduling documents and assess impacts on critical path activities
Monitor schedule deviations, provide progress reports, and assure schedule credibility
Review schedules with project team, evaluate logic, and analyze change orders
Resource load schedules, verify schedule integrity, and evaluate activity sequences
Perform job-site walks, manage submittals, RFI's, and subcontractors
Draft subcontracts, purchase orders, and negotiate contract pricing
Budgeting, cost projections, word processing, and attending progress meetings
Communicate effectively with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Record daily installation quantities, station activities, equipment hours, and progress photos
Qualification

Required
Construction/related degree with 6+ years construction scheduling experience
Excellent computer skills and analytical ability
Experience working with Primavera P6
Understanding of industrial construction process
Must have ability to interpret contract specifications and drawings
Knowledge of contract procedures and principles
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
Ability to understand construction logic and sequencing of complex projects
Preferred
P.E. license preferred but not required
