Responsibilities

Perform insightful analyses of the payment network to drive operational decision making and growth plans.

Track and report on Key Performance Indicators and the success of key initiatives.

Work directly with payment team leaders to perform root cause analyses and develop deliverables for leadership.

Use tools such as Python, AWS Athena, Tableau, dbt, and Salesforce to write scripts, gather data, perform analysis, and develop recommendations.

Interact with clients and leaders to intake problem statements and requirements, partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify solution frameworks, and actively code and provide thoughtful analyses.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or another quantitative field

5 years of experience working with Python (required)

5 years of experience developing scripts

5 years of experience working with SQL

2+ years working with cross functional stakeholders and managing their expectations

2+ years managing, mentoring, and guiding direct reports or peers

Experience working with data visualization software such as Tableau

A natural curiosity for learning new technologies

The motivation and drive to deliver accurate and thoughtful results in a timely manner

An excellent ability to communicate as well as understand highly complex, technical requirements

Experience with coding best practices and version control software

An ability and interest in diving deep into large data sets to pull forward actionable insights

Preferred

Experience working with APIs or other technical coding projects

Experience building and/or deploying statistical model
