Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience/training

4 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications in hosted production environments

1+ years Microservice framework / REST development

2+ years’ experience in Angular SPA development

Preferred

6 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience

2+ years of Kubernetes Services with deep understanding of Container Orchestration and Distributed System Concepts

Proficiency in Full Stack Development

J2EE technologies: Java11+, JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, EJB

Cloud-based development: Kubernetes and Docker

Web Servers: Tomcat, WebSphere

Web Services: REST/SOAP (JSON/WSDL/XML)

Frameworks: Spring Framework, Spring Boot

Build/deployment tools: Maven, Git, Junit, Mockito

Other Dev Ops Toolchain: GitHub and Azure DevOps Azure Data explorer, and Elastic Search

Other: Linux/Unix shell Scripting, IBM MQ/Rabbit MQ, Redis Cache

Experience with TDD and BDD development pattern

Proficiency in object-oriented design techniques and principles

Experience in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM

Experience in DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
