Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver digital content and learning solutions for external clients using the Wealthscape platform
Collaborate with instructional / content designers, subject matter experts, trainers, and cross-functional business partners to create high-quality learning experiences
Follow analysis, feedback, and input to make content design decisions
Implement team and strategy standards to write accurate and effective content
Consistently meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
Participate in discussions on emerging learning theories, analytics, and user experience

Required
3-5 years in content design or instructional design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and simplify complex concepts for target users
Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field preferred
Preferred
Understanding of Agile and design thinking concepts a plus
Experience with HTML a plus
Experience in financial services and Wealthscape a plus
