Responsibilities
Proven knowledge in soliciting, creating, and managing user systems from business use cases and scenarios.
Ability to work directly with the FAA to craft user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work with the development team to create development tasks based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work with the Product Owner and the FAA to prioritize features into releases.
Experience with User Story refinement, Minimum Viable Product, and Increment Planning.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, working with the FAA to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex problems.
Excellent technical writing skills for writing User Stories/Acceptance Criteria.
Proven knowledge with agile methodology, including user story creation/management and backlog refinement.
Willing to assist with agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint review, daily scrum, planning, retrospectives.
Self-managed with the ability to mentor others.

Required
BS degree in a technical discipline (computer science, engineering, etc.) and 12 yrs. of prior relevant knowledge or Master’s degree and 10 yrs. of prior relevant knowledge.
Database knowledge such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL and JDBC.
Familiarity with project management frameworks.
Previous knowledge with the Aviation industry.
Agile certification - Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), PMI-ACP, CSM, IIBA-AAC Certification, or equivalent.
Must have Jira knowledge - Advanced knowledge of Jira preferred. Confluence knowledge desired. Must have the ability to obtain an interim Public Trust security clearance prior to your start date with Leidos.
Must be either a permanent resident or a US citizen and resided in the US States for 3 to 5 years.
