Responsibilities
Analyze geographical data, work collaboratively with other team members, and understand and communicate GIS theories, applications, technologies, and concepts.
Utilize GIS techniques and tools to provide a better understanding of certain variables in a given geographic location.
Gather and maintain imagery from various sources, such as satellites, geospatial data, and remotely controlled vehicles.
Collect information from imagery using electronic, mechanical, and optical devices in real time, near real time, and after missions.
Determine dimension, location, and coordinates of items of interest as well as distance from other items.
Identify gaps in current intelligence gathered and prioritize subsequent collection requirements.
Perform various types of analyses, including geospatial, topographical, imagery, and imagery-derived measurement and signature intelligence analysis.
Inspect terrain and structure of the area of interest and pinpoint possible usability issues.
Perform finishing of remote sensing data, updating cartographic data from intelligence databases, and producing mission-specific data sets.
Develop and distribute imagery intelligence reports, briefings, and products.
Present relevant information in an understandable way in meetings and presentations.

Required
Bachelor's Degree (Geographic Information Science, computer science, cartographic science, geology, social science, environmental science or related technical field) or equivalent and 4+ years of general related experience.
Excellent research, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Previous experience working for government or military organizations.
