Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain a subset of our Power BI portfolio to provide industry-leading analytics

Manage Power BI workspaces including permissions, apps, deployment pipelines, and semantic model refresh schedules

Partner with data engineers to acquire, clean and model data, while balancing compute capacity and setting appropriate role permissions in the database

Collaborate with leadership across the organization to gather business requirements and transform ideas into storytelling visuals

Continuously improve the portfolio by proactively identifying issues and potential enhancements to support evolving business needs

Support end-users by keeping up-to-date documentation, fielding second-level support tickets, and training users as needed
