Responsibilities
Undertake a range of critical responsibilities to ensure efficient management of the Center's financial resources and compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
Actively monitor the Center’s earnings operation, suggest fiscal process improvements, and manage Center billing processes.
Assist with monthly reconciliation tasks, oversee asset tracking, costing allocations, and PCard management.
Provide technical and financial advice to Center leadership, contribute to revenue and expense budget development, and maintain accurate accounts in the general ledger.
Collaborate with the Center Administrator on special projects, including budgeting, costing allocation management, and monthly financial reporting initiatives.

Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
An equivalent combination of education and experience, four (4) years of fiscal experience, preferably in a university
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Experience with MS Excel and MS Office
Experience with Workday
