Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders across divisions to capture business requirements and translate them into technical needs.

Develop, implement, and maintain databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies.

Interpret data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets.

Filter and clean data, review reports, and correct code problems.

Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Locate process improvement opportunities.

Maintain data security and confidentiality.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, present findings, and make recommendations.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.

Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.

Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL, etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks), and reporting packages (Business Objects, Power BI, etc.).

Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with ERP, CRM systems like SAP, SalesForce, etc.
