Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with lead generation and prospecting activities, including researching potential clients and identifying key decision-makers.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, including identifying target markets and creating compelling sales presentations.
Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Support the sales team in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral and materials to support sales efforts.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, preparing reports, and organizing sales documents.

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Knowledge or interest in healthcare and AI technology is preferred.
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
