Responsibilities
Lead the technical design/development/integration of solutions using existing technology platforms.
Develop modern digital microservices on cloud. Mostly focuses on building API Layer in Java SpringBoot. Expert level skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React JS and responsive design experience with different browsers and mobile device
Partnering across development teams to craft end to end technical solutions for API's.
Participate in fit/gap analysis of requirements, help manage user expectations and provide options, develop technical designs,
Conduct peer code reviews, write code.
Participate in Agile Sprint planning, including estimation, user story breakdown, user story review & feedback.
Deployment support
Create and update necessary technical documentation
Support diagnosis and remediation of production issues
Diagnose, document, and correct/upgrade technical debt on the legacy application that was built in Struts and JSP.
Mentor, motivate, influence, drive innovation technical team. Mentoring junior technical staff members.
Work effectively in a matrixed organization to diagnose issues, solve problems, and deliver solutions
