Responsibilities

Define product requirements for the core platform to ensure customer success in the use of ServiceChannel products.
Work with internal teams to ensure a delightful customer experience with ServiceChannel products from order to support.
Collaborate with engineering teams in an agile environment to drive constant innovation.
Efficiently communicate project status and updates to internal stakeholders, including executive management.
Ensure clear positioning and marketing of ServiceChannel products and releases to customers.
Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews.
Continually work towards making improvements in the release process.

Required

3+ years product management experience in a SaaS company
Proven experience developing both web and mobile products
A history of translating customer insight into product requirements
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom.
Success in building coalitions and working across a range of teams, including UX, Engineering, Compliance & Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments
Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Preferred

Demonstrable knowledge of facilities management and/or service provider companies and markets
BS or BA or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, math, finance, economics, or related
Experience in Agile development practices
