Responsibilities
Responsible for complex reporting processes involving many-to-many merges, data mining, data type conversion, and creating moving window metrics.
Advanced in at least 1 programming language (e.g. R, SAS, SQL, Python, VBA) and able to independently write macros or functions.
Possesses a foundational understanding of statistical theory, mathematical distributions, and can communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.
Capable of building advanced data collection tools with conditional logic and feedback processes.
Acts as a subject-matter expert in the reporting area, leading projects autonomously to achieve deliverables and mentoring other analysts.

Required
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant work experience, or Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience
Advanced in at least 1 programming language (e.g. R, SAS, SQL, Python, VBA)
Foundational understanding of statistical theory and underlying mathematical distributions
Capable of building advanced data collection tools with conditional logic and feedback processes
Subject-matter expert in the area they provide reporting for
Able to autonomously lead projects with minimal oversight to achieve project deliverables
Preferred
EPIC Certification
Healthcare experience
