Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, and government agencies.
Communicate effectively with estimators, engineers, and project superintendents.
Attend project meetings with the owner and set up correct budgets for each job.
Approve invoices and expenses associated with projects.
Document accurate job forecasts and costs to complete each month.
Review and process monthly billings with subcontractors.
Collect payments due to the company in a timely manner.
Coordinate purchasing of materials and subcontracted work efficiently.
Ensure resources are scheduled and available for the project.
Ensure project compliance with regulatory guidelines and complete closeout paperwork.
Perform any other assigned duties.

Required
Degree in civil engineering, construction management of similar area of study.
2 + years of experience as a Field Engineer, Project Engineer or Project Manager within the construction industry required.
Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
Valid driver's license with a driving history in compliance with ACC's driver criteria.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future.
