Responsibilities

Be the primary expert on the Salesforce platform and any additional applications that interact with Salesforce.

Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements and provide best practice recommendations.

Implement functionality for a range of internal stakeholders and projects.

Work closely with leadership, program leads, support administrators, operations team, and external Salesforce developer partners.

Possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform to create custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

Use Salesforce data tools such as the Data Loader and Excel Connector.

Have strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and deploying solutions to end-users.

Provide scalable, extensible, and easy-to-maintain solutions while considering the overall user experience.
