Product Marketing Manager, EV

Responsibilities
Become an expert on customers and the challenges they face around EV adoption and how the solutions solve their grid needs
Disseminate and evangelize customer insights across the company
Craft compelling messaging and EV solution-level narratives aligned with company positioning
Support Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams; train them on problems solved by the EV solution
Lead the creation of product marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, website content, and case studies
Support go-to-market plans for new EV solution launches and features, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales enablement
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, positioning strategies, and opportunities for differentiation
Inform content roadmap with audience insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure consistent messaging
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for improvement
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology, energy, or automotive industry
Strong understanding of product marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging
Demonstrated experience in developing impactful marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, and web content
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams such as product management, sales, client success, and engineering
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental impact
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience with electric utilities or the automotive industry
