Responsibilities

Coordinate all construction and administrative requirements of the project bid package.

Monitor the progress of each vendor to assure compliance with their contract.

Establish and maintain project engineering files related to subcontract and bid packages records.

Expedite vendor estimates and proposals and prepare change orders.

Process requisitions, track purchases, and prepare as-built packages and O&M manuals.

Required
